Unpot immediately, rinse roots, trim all black/mushy parts with sterilized scissors, dust cuts with cinnamon or 3% hydrogen peroxide. Repot in fresh chunky mix. Flood lightly (barely moist) for 2 weeks with high humidity until new white roots appear.
